Public service is a family value. Sedric and his wife, Brooke, are the proud parents of three adult children serving in the U.S. Army and one child in elementary school.

Over the last two years, he has been honored to serve you on the Rockwall City Council. He has listened, learned, and worked hard to represent the values that make our city exceptional.

He is a proven leader with a record of service. Sedric served as Chairman of the Rockwall Planning & Zoning Commission and is proud U.S. Army veteran. Sedric continues his commitment to service as a member of the executive board for Rockwall County Helping Hands. His experience in leadership, combined with his professional role as a Financial Operations Manager for the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), gives him a strong foundation to help our city be successful.

Sedric brings steady leadership, practical decision-making, and a heart for service to everything he does. He remains committed to preserving Rockwall’s character, supporting responsible growth, and ensuring the city remains a place families are proud to call home.
